 We’re at the point in the semester where we’ve covered a fair amount of content, including multiple Social Media Platforms. Since we haven’t started a new chapter this week, I want to use this post to do a brief recap of marketing with Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

    • Posts with 140 characters or less receive 86% more engagement compared to posts with a higher character count.

    • Follow the 80/20 rule: 80% of content should be interacting and engaging with audience and community, while the other 20% is focused on brand conversions.

    • Place the most important information at the beginning of the caption and hashtags and mentions at the end.

    • Use Pinterest Lens to allow buyers to virtually try on products.

    • Focus on using high quality visuals.
